Experience Profile• Candidates will be assessed on depth of experience in automation, cloud, and CI/CD. Evidence must be demonstrable and aligned to real delivery outcomes.• Proven track record as a Network / Infrastructure Engineer within large-scale enterprise environments• Experience delivering engineering and build work, not purely operations or support• Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up• Comfortable working across multiple workstreams and priorities• Experience in regulated or complex environments is advantageous• We are seeking a true network/infrastructure engineer with a NetDevOps mindset and demonstrable hands-on capability across automation and cloud delivery.
Essential Skills & ExperienceEnterprise Networking• Strong hands-on experience with BGP and OSPF in complex enterprise environments• Proven ability to design and implement secure, resilient network architectures• Deep understanding of enterprise and hybrid network patternsSecurity & Firewalls• Extensive experience with Palo Alto firewalls• Strong capability in policy design across on-prem and cloud• Solid understanding of Zero Trust networking principlesData Centre & Architecture• Experience with VXLAN, EVPN, VRF segmentation, multi-site fabrics• Familiarity with vendors such as Arista or equivalent• Load balancing experience (e.g. F5 BIG-IP)• NetDevOps, Automation & Cloud (Critical)Candidates must demonstrate proven, hands-on delivery experience (not theoretical or exposure only) in:• Network automation using Python and/or Ansible• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent)• Working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI/CD) to deploy infrastructure into cloud environments• Designing and implementing hybrid cloud networking solutions• Strong practical experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or OCI)
Nice to Have• Aruba Central / ClearPass• SD-WAN technologies• Cloud-delivered WLAN / WiFi solutions• Experience modernising legacy network environments
