Stock Condition Surveyor -Redditch

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS.
• Conduct Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) assessments to determine energy efficiency ratings.
• Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.

About the Role:

Surveys are carried out on a asset management software- tablet devices will be provided.

Carry out 5- 8 completed surveys per day

Induction provided -to use the software.

Outside IR35 role

Door knocking

Properties can be slightly scattered

Paid Per Survey -Houses, Flats, Blocks

Additional requirements for the project:

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Happy to manage your own list with no pre-booked appointments
• Available to work full time on an ongoing basis
• This is a long-term, ongoing project, so we’re looking for a reliable surveyor

Ideal Candidates:

• Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields.
• Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets).
• Experience in energy.
• Elmhurst accredited
• Familiarity with the HHSRS system
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
