For over 35 years, Morson Vital has supported the UK’s Engineering and Technical sectors by connecting skilled people with major projects across the country. We’re now looking for a Payroll & Compliance Coordinator to join our successful Rail division in Manchester.

You’ll be a key part of a fast-paced recruitment team, helping to keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Coordinating payroll and compliance support
  • Managing worker records and documentation
  • Booking accommodation and supporting schedules
  • Supporting consultants with essential admin tasks
  • Using Excel and internal systems to track vital information accurately

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
  • Detail-focused with strong accuracy skills
  • Confident communicating with colleagues, contractors, and clients
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a busy office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
