Job Title: Payroll & Compliance Coordinator (Recruitment Support)

For over 35 years, Morson Vital has supported the UK’s Engineering and Technical sectors by connecting skilled people with major projects across the country. We’re now looking for a Payroll & Compliance Coordinator to join our successful Rail division in Manchester.
You’ll be a key part of a fast-paced recruitment team, helping to keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Coordinating payroll and compliance support
- Managing worker records and documentation
- Booking accommodation and supporting schedules
- Supporting consultants with essential admin tasks
- Using Excel and internal systems to track vital information accurately
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
- Detail-focused with strong accuracy skills
- Confident communicating with colleagues, contractors, and clients
- Comfortable working under pressure in a busy office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
