Private Equity Associate

We are currently working with several leading US and top-tier international law firms that are expanding their Private Equity practices across key global offices.

The Opportunities

These firms are seeking Junior to Mid-Level Associates to join high-performing Private Equity teams with a strong focus on sponsor-side transactions, leveraged buyouts, and complex cross-border deal work.

Successful candidates will join established teams that are experiencing continued growth and increased deal flow across Europe, the US, and international markets.

Candidate Profile

• 1–5 PQE (flexible depending on experience and firm)
• Strong background in corporate / M&A, ideally with Private Equity exposure
• Experience at a leading international or US law firm preferred
• Strong technical ability, commercial awareness, and deal execution skills
• Ambitious, driven, and comfortable in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
