You’ll be working in state-of-the-art laboratory facilities within a highly collaborative scientific environment.
The Role
We’re looking for Associate Scientists to join a Validation team responsible for testing newly generated antibodies before release.
This is a hands-on laboratory role, ideal for candidates who enjoy being at the bench and taking ownership of scientific projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple antibody validation projects simultaneously
- Design experimental strategies to test new antibodies
- Perform flow cytometry assays (including panel design and optimisation)
- Carry out microscopy and imaging experiments
- Analyse and interpret complex datasets
- Produce and present data to internal stakeholders
- Contribute to improving lab processes and workflows
This is a high-throughput, project-driven environment, with a constant pipeline of new antibodies to validate.

Experience Required
PhD Route:
- PhD in Immunology or related field
- Ideally 1–2 years post-PhD experience
OR
Industry Route:
- BSc/MSc with 3–4+ years industry experience
- Strong practical experience in relevant techniques
Technical Requirements (Essential)
- Flow cytometry expertise (panel design, troubleshooting, antibody validation)
- Strong immunology background
- Experience with microscopy / imaging techniques
- Ability to design experiments independently
Desirable:
- Antibody validation or development experience
- Conjugation workflows
- Familiarity with specific flow cytometry instrumentation
