We’re partnering with a globally recognised, high-growth consumer brand to find a Senior Social & Content Manager to lead strategy and execution across a portfolio of baby-focused brands.
This is a senior, strategic role for someone who lives and breathes social-first storytelling, understands how to build brands at scale, and can balance creative excellence with commercial impact.
The opportunity
You’ll set and execute a best-in-class global content strategy across paid and owned channels, driving both long-term brand equity and short-term performance outcomes. Leading a growing content team, you’ll shape creative direction, scale production, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable business results.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement global content strategies aligned to annual brand objectives
- Set the creative vision, tone of voice and visual direction across all baby brands
- Own end-to-end management of global content campaigns, from insight and ideation through to optimisation
- Lead owned channel strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Website and EDM
- Drive audience growth, engagement and brand sentiment through best-in-class content
- Oversee content calendars, copy, creative execution and campaign rollouts
- Manage production budgets and external agency partners to ensure strong ROI
- Partner with digital and media teams to identify test-and-learn opportunities and continuously improve performance
- Build scalable global content frameworks that empower local markets while maintaining brand consistency
- Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing content team
About you
- 5+ years’ experience in content, social or brand marketing within fast‑paced or global brands
- Strong track record delivering end-to-end social-first campaigns with measurable growth outcomes
- Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram, with the ability to turn trends and pop culture into brand‑right content
- Experience scaling both scrappy and polished content production
- Confident using data and insights to inform strategy and optimise performance
- Strong project management skills, comfortable balancing multiple priorities
- Leadership experience, with the ability to coach and inspire creative teams
- Commercially minded, with a passion for storytelling and brand building
