Project Manager – Central London Cut & Carve/Commercial Refurbishment
£95,000 – £105,000 + package
**CONSTRUCTION RELATED PROJECT MANAGER APPLICATIONS ONLY PLEASE. If you’re A PM in an unrelated field field like IT, pharmaceuticals, logistics, etc – YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE DELETED**
I’m working with one of London’s most respected main contractors who have built an outstanding reputation delivering some of the capital’s most complex and high-quality commercial refurbishment and cut & carve schemes.
Their projects are typically located across Central London and the West End, ranging from £20m – £60m, with larger flagship schemes exceeding £100m. The business is known for delivering exceptionally high standards across technically challenging refurbishments, structural alterations, and premium commercial environments.
This is not a replacement hire or a “bums on seats” requirement.
They are looking to bring in an exceptional Project Manager who can grow with the business long-term – somebody commercially sharp, delivery-focused, ambitious, and genuinely motivated by producing high-quality work.
The right person will likely come from a recognised Tier 1 or strong Tier 2 contractor background and will have experience leading complex commercial refurbishment, retrofit, or cut & carve projects in London.
What they’re looking for:
- Strong experience delivering complex commercial projects
- Exposure to cut & carve, structural refurbishment, or high-end fit out
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- A hands-on, driven approach to project delivery
- Somebody ambitious who wants to be part of a high-performing team
- Strong technical and programme management capability
Why this opportunity stands out:
- Prestigious, design-led projects
- Strong pipeline of secured Central London work
- Excellent leadership team and culture
- Merit-based environment where performance is recognised
- Long-term career growth rather than short-term project filling
