Job Title: Procurement Specialist FTC
Location: Swindon, hybrid working
Salary & Package: £50,000 plus bonus and benefits

Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activity across FM categories including hard services, soft services, maintenance, and utilities
- Support supplier sourcing, tendering, contract negotiations, and vendor performance management to deliver commercial value and service excellence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand operational requirements and support procurement strategy delivery
- Analyse spend data, supplier performance, and market trends to identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
- Support contract management activities, compliance monitoring, and procurement reporting across the procurement function
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes, systems, and supplier engagement activities
Experience & Requirements
- Previous experience within FM procurement, indirect procurement, or facilities category management
- Strong understanding of facilities management services and supplier management processes
- Experience supporting tender processes, contract negotiations, and procurement best practice
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- CIPS qualification (or working towards) desirable
