Concrete Supervisor – Moray / Highlands
Activus Recruitment are supporting a well-established civil engineering and concrete contractor with the recruitment of an experienced Concrete Supervisor for a permanent role covering projects across Moray and the Highlands.
With over 30 years’ experience delivering concrete works, civil engineering, and design & build projects throughout Scotland, our client has built a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and professionalism.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor seeking long-term local work, a strong pipeline of projects, and the chance to join a respected, growing team.
The Role
You will oversee concrete works on a range of projects throughout the Moray and Highlands area, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
You will be responsible for:
- Supervising site teams and subcontractors
- Coordinating concrete works in line with drawings and specifications
- Monitoring progress against programmes and deadlines
- Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
- Reporting site progress to management
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising concrete works
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- CSCS card
- First Aid at Work beneficial
- Full UK driving licence
