HR Coordinator
4 days in the office | Up to £40,000 + Bens & Bonus
We’re partnering with a leading investment firm to appoint an HR Coordinator to join their London office on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with generalist HR exposure who is looking to further develop their career within a fast-paced, high-performing environment. You will gain broad exposure across the full HR lifecycle, working closely with a senior HR professional and supporting a busy, dynamic team.
The role will involve:
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
- Coordinating recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates
- Preparing contracts, maintaining employee records and managing HR documentation
- Supporting compliance processes and ensuring HR data is accurate and up to date
- Assisting with performance reviews, probation tracking and general HR queries
- Contributing to HR projects, process improvements and wider team initiatives
- Providing day-to-day coordination support across a high-volume, fast-paced environment

- With prior HR experience with a generalist understanding of the function
- Working towards or has completed a CIPD qualification
