About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations & Service Support Coordinator to join our Manchester head office team.
This is a key support role focused on keeping operations running smoothly. You will help manage stock, process orders, support customers, and ensure important tasks are completed accurately and on time.
The Role
· Maintain accurate stock control for uniforms, materials, and consumables.
· Process and track orders, credits, amendments, and closures.
· Handle calls, emails, and customer queries professionally.
· Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
· Support operations managers and core administrative processes.

Job Details
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Location: Manchester Head Office (M23) – office-based role
Salary: £25,000–£30,000 per year
