We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join a manufacturing environment where safety, inclusion, quality and teamwork come first.

Working across weekday Day & Night shifts (Mon–Thurs), you’ll play a key role in leading production operations, developing team capability and promoting a positive, high-performing culture on the shop floor.

The Role
As Production Supervisor, you will:
- Lead production teams across weekday Day & Night shifts in a safe, inclusive and respectful manner
- Deliver production output safely, on time and to quality standards
- Promote a strong Health & Safety culture, leading by example and ensuring compliance across the operation
- Coach, support and develop Team Leaders and Technicians to build capability and confidence
- Manage people matters fairly, consistently and professionally, including attendance, performance and employee wellbeing
- Use production and operational data to identify trends, improve performance and support decision-making
- Work collaboratively with Engineering, Quality, Materials, Training and HR teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and encourage team involvement in driving positive change
About You

You’re likely to have:
- Experience leading teams within a manufacturing, production or industrial environment
- A practical understanding of Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and support others
- A fair, inclusive and respectful approach to team management
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Qualifications such as NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) are beneficial, but we value leadership style, attitude and practical experience just as highly.
