Panoramic Associates is supporting a Multi Academy Trust with their search for a SEND/Inclusion specialist to bring several newly acquired schools up to statutory compliance. This is a hands-on, supportive role: assess what’s missing, stabilise provision, and put clear systems and processes in place – without disrupting existing staff.

What you’ll be doing:

• Rapidly assess SEND practice and compliance across multiple primary schools
• Implement the basics: registers, policies, documentation, risk assessments
• Strengthen EHCP processes (annual reviews, evidence, costings/cost matrices)
• Build tracking systems and consistent delivery across sites
• Coach and upskill existing staff/SENCos in a calm, relational way

You’ll need:

• Credible SENCo/SEND leadership background
• Strong statutory SEND + EHCP expertise (including detailed costings)
• Proven ability to go in, identify gaps fast, and build processes from scratch
• Highly empathetic, coaching style (able to bring people with you)
• Enhanced DBS on the update service
• Happy travelling across rural schools
