Be comfortable looking after IT day to day. You’ll enjoy getting stuck in, fixing issues as they come up, and gradually improving how things work.

Key responsibilities
- Overall ownership of IT operations, infrastructure and core systems
- Ensuring systems are secure, resilient and fit for a growing organisation
- Acting as the main point of contact for technology across technical and non-technical teams
- Managing third-party suppliers and vendors
- Driving improvements, upgrades, and modernisation
- Overseeing cybersecurity, data protection, and system reliability
- Providing on-site IT support for key operational moments, including events
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years proven experience managing IT infrastructure and operations
- Broad technical knowledge across networks, hardware, cloud services and applications
- Confidence working autonomously
- Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, solutions-led approach
- Calm under pressure and comfortable in time-sensitive environmentsExperience in sport, events or similar settings is useful, but not essential
