We are looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-focused Office Administrator to join our fast-growing renewable energy company, specialising inSolar PV and Battery Storage, based in Lisburn.
This is a full-time, office-based role providing essential support across project administration, customer service, and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Administration
Act as the main point of contact for customers via phone and email.
Support customers throughout their service journey, ensuring clear communication and timely responses.
Handle customer documentation and schedule installation dates.
Track installation progress from sale through to completion.
Complete and manage project certifications and handover documentation.
Maintain accurate company records, including warranties and industry-specific certifications.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative or customer support role.
Strong communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and other office software.
Professional, organised, and proactive approach to work.
Preferred (Not Essential)
Experience within Solar PV, Battery Storage, electrical, or renewable energy sectors.
Familiarity with MCS certification or technical administration.

Monday Thursday: 9:00am 5:30pm, Friday: 9:00am 3:30pm
