An opportunity to join an award wining top 100 firm has arisen in their dispute resolution team in Guildford. This opportunity would suit an existing Partner, or a Senior Associate who has perhaps reached a glass ceiling at their current firm.
The firm have an exceptional reputation in the litigation sector and regularly handle complex litigation and arbitration matters and these matters can be from a wide range of sectors, to include, property matters, shareholder agreements and corporate and commercial disputes.
To be successful in this role you will have gained experience in a City or strong reginal firm working on a range of medium to high value litigation matters. During this time you will have built up a range of connections and clients that would amount to a portable following. Business development is a key area of this role alongside developing the more junior members of this team.
