A local play centre are looking for a Nursery (Play Centre) Manager to lead their well-established, community-focused early years provision in Brighton.
This is a rare opportunity to take on a strategic leadership role within a setting that already has strong foundations, a committed team of around 30 staff, and a genuinely supportive board.
The setting has a brilliant reputation locally, with a strong outdoor learning ethos, beautiful environment, and real connection to the community it serves.
They are looking for someone who can bring strong people leadership, develop the team, and continue building a high-quality provision for children and families.
This role would suit:
• An existing Nursery Manager looking for greater autonomy
• A Deputy ready to step into a larger leadership role
• A Teacher or education leader looking to move into a more strategic Early Years role
Minimum Level 3 qualification required.
