Luxury Sales Consultant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven and design-focused sales professional to join a premium interiors business within their luxury Harrogate showroom. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and has a genuine passion for interiors, design and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be working with a wide range of clients including homeowners, architects, interior designers and contractors, helping bring high‑end projects to life.
The Opportunity
- Welcome and guide clients through the luxury showroom
- Build strong relationships with retail customers, architects, designers and trade professionals
- Deliver consultative sales advice across a premium product range
- Prepare accurate quotations and project costings
- Manage projects from initial enquiry through to completion
- Proactively generate new business opportunities and nurture existing relationships
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Support showroom growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Represent the brand professionally both in person and across customer communications
About You
- Passionate about interiors, design and luxury products
- Experienced within a showroom, interiors, luxury retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Confident building relationships with both retail and trade clients
- Commercially minded with a proactive and consultative sales approach
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Professional, personable and collaborative in their approach
Experience within interiors, stone, tiles, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring or other luxury design-led products would be highly advantageous.
Experience working with architectural or technical drawings would also be beneficial, but is not essential.
Package & Benefits
- £30,000 basic salary

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
Initially, candidates will be expected to work every Saturday whilst completing product training and onboarding, before moving onto a rota basis with a weekday off in lieu.
