Registered Mental Health Nurse

Overview

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is looking to recruit Registered Mental Health Nurses to join our Nurse Bank. The post holder will be responsible for the assessments of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all relevant forms of care.
• Act in accordance with legal requirements, statutory rules, and all Cardiff and Vale University Health Board Policies and Procedures.
• Take responsibility for patients as delegated by the nurse‑in‑charge.
• Work as part of a team and demonstrate core values of kindness, respect, trust, integrity, and personal responsibility.
