Skills Required

• Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years PQE.
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions independently and efficiently.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• A commercial, solution-focused approach to legal work.
• Strong client relationship skills and a proactive attitude to business development.
• Team player mindset, with the ability to supervise and support junior colleagues.
