We’re looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join our Food Safety & Quality team as a Graduate Trainee Technical Account Manager. What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the delivery of Food Safety & Quality standards across customer accounts
• Building relationships with internal teams and major UK retailers
• Assisting with customer meetings, product reviews, and technical discussions
• Coordinating customer visits and audits, and following up on actions
• Working alongside New Product Development on food safety aspects of new launches
• Monitoring KPIs and supporting continuous improvement across site
• Reviewing packaging artwork to ensure it meets legal and customer requirements
• Maintaining product specifications and quality documentation
• Carrying out product assessments to ensure standards are met

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Food Science, Science, or a related subject
• A strong interest in food production, quality, or technical functions
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• A proactive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
• Confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
