You will bring energy, vision and clarity ofpurpose, leading the department with confidence and ensuring consistently highstandards and outcomes for all students.
The successful candidate willbuild strong relationships with students and colleagues, communicate withclarity and integrity, and lead with warmth alongside high expectations.Flexibility, resilience and a commitment to continuous improvement will be essential.
