EMEA Compensation & Regulatory Remuneration Director

MORGAN STANLEY is looking for a Head of EMEA Compensation & Regulatory Remuneration, Executive Director, to lead compensation strategy for the EMEA region. This senior role manages dual accountability for Business Unit compensation advisory and regulatory remuneration across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years in compensation, deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks, and strong leadership experience in financial services, ensuring compliance and competitive compensation programs.
