Head of Projects: Manufacturing & FM Portfolio Leader

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Head of Projects for the FM sector, based in the Midlands (Hybrid – Derby hub). You will lead a team of 20–30 professionals and take responsibility for a portfolio worth £30–40m, ensuring commercial discipline and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial skills, along with a Project Management qualification. This role involves overseeing complex projects ranging from £25k to £15m, including M&E upgrades and sustainability initiatives.
