We are currently recruiting for a driven and ambitious Commercial Motor Sales Executive to join a growing specialist insurance business based in Dartford, Kent. This is an exciting opportunity for a target‑driven Commercial Motor Sales Executive to join a fast‑paced sales environment with uncapped earning potential and genuine career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales enquiries from prospective commercial motor customers
• Provide competitive insurance quotations tailored to customer needs
• Explain policy features, benefits, and cover options clearly and confidently
• Identify opportunities to convert enquiries into sales
• Handle objections professionally to maximise conversion rates
• Accurately gather client risk information and present it to insurer partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurer underwriting teams
• Produce compliant client documentation and policy paperwork
• Manage new business administration and account handling
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous sales experience, ideally telephone‑based
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Commercial awareness and results‑driven mindset
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑focused environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Self‑motivated with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Desire to learn, develop, and progress within the business

Desirable Experience

• Insurance or financial services experience
• Commercial motor, fleet, or taxi insurance knowledge
• Experience working with lead‑generated sales enquiries
