Overview
Davan Ward requires an enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMHN) to join our multidisciplinary team. Davan Ward is a busy 22‑bed mixed‑sex acute admission ward for patients with functional illnesses in the Older Adult Psychiatry service.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient‑focused care and support within the ward.
- Participate in the ongoing development of the therapeutic ward environment.
- Lead by example and support the development of others.
- Adapt to the ever‑changing needs of the service.
Qualifications & Desired Attributes
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMHN) credential.
- Motivation to work in an elderly psychiatry setting.
- Commitment to patient‑focused care and therapeutic environment.
- Ability to mentor and develop colleagues.
Benefits
