Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to Java development across Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), SQL, and MySQL.
• Build and maintain a SaaS product with impact on carbon reduction and urban health.
• Hire, scale, and manage a technical team; apply performance management and leadership skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive technical strategy and execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in Java development with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with GCP, SQL, and MySQL.
• Prior or demonstrated experience in hiring and scaling a team; leadership capabilities are beneficial.
• Qualification: Certificate or Associate Degree (as listed in job metadata).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: up to £85,000 per year.
