Reward & Equity Consultant – Senior Associate

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to take on the role of Global Share Schemes Senior Associate, supporting our clients with global share scheme initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to deliver outstanding client service and leverage a deep understanding of employee share schemes worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expertise in share scheme programs (stock options, RSUs, performance-based awards) and their tax implications to help clients manage plans globally.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, advising on share scheme compensation matters.
• Optimize processes by leveraging share scheme administration platforms and other tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Mentor and train junior team members to foster professional growth.

Requirements

• Proven track record in global share plans and experience with cross-border compensation programs.
• Strong collaboration skills across stakeholders, including payroll and mobility teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, ensuring compliance with complex regulations.
• Hands-on team player with ability to review output and provide mentorship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in share plan administration and compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with global share scheme administration platforms is a plus.
• Professional credential (CEP, CPA/CA, CTA/ATT) preferred but not required.
