Job Responsibilities

  1. Perform routine maintenance, after-sales service, and repair work for telehandlers.
  2. Collaborate with dealers on daily maintenance and technical support activities.
  3. Carry out proactive rectifications based on improvement suggestions from product lines; conduct troubleshooting and collect technical information on faulty equipment.
  4. Inspect incoming equipment and perform scheduled maintenance and repairs.
  5. Conduct regular customer visits and perform equipment inspections.
  6. Ensure timely supply of spare parts, meet parts sales targets, and maintain customer satisfaction.
  7. Carry out repairs on machinery and its components.
  8. Understand and resolve technical issues through proper analysis, assessment, and diagnosis.
  9. Maintain cleanliness, environmental, health, and safety standards within the scope of responsibility, whether working individually or as part of a team.
  10. Read and follow labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.
  11. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and industry quality standards.
  12. Strengthen problem-solving skills through on-the-job training.
  13. Submit service reports on time.
  14. Work collaboratively with Chinese engineers and sales representatives to meet customer needs.

Requirements

  1. Associate degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in mechanical repair, maintenance, or service; candidates with experience in repairing aerial work platforms from companies such as JCB or Manitou (or their dealers) are preferred.
  3. English proficiency sufficient for use as a working language.
  4. Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel; self-motivated and capable of working under pressure.
