Job Title: Electrical Engineer – Building Infrastructure (Junior to Principal roles available)
Location: Offices UK wide (Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office)
Salary: £35,859 – £90,000 depending on role level & experience
Outsource UK are recruiting for multiple Electrical Engineers to join a growing design and engineering team delivering innovative building services solutions across a range of projects.

The Role
You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical design solutions, managing technical aspects of projects and collaborating closely with other disciplines to ensure fully integrated designs. This position offers a mix of hands-on design, client interaction, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver electrical building services design across a range of projects
- Manage technical delivery on small projects or packages of larger schemes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop coordinated design solutions
- Lead and review electrical design deliverables
- Support the development of technical proposals and present solutions to clients
- Assist in managing and mentoring junior engineers
About You
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) or working towards
- Proven experience within a building services consultancy environment
- Strong technical expertise in electrical design (e.g. power, lighting, distribution)
- Experience working across multiple sectors (e.g. healthcare, education, commercial)
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders
- Due to the nature of the work, candidates need to be sole UK nationals and willing and eligible to undergo SC Clearance
