Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

PPM Recruitment is recruiting a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader in the Ormskirk area for a national horticulture company.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the works on site.
• Proactively lead by example, motivate and guide the team, and maintain workforce discipline.
• Assist the supervisor/senior team leader.
• Drive the company vehicle and transport staff and essentials to site.
• Perform general ground maintenance work (grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming, etc.).
• Work Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.

Compensation

Up to £14.50 per hour, including holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Driver’s licence required.
• PA1 & PA6 licence desirable.

This is a Temp to Perm position.
