Role Overview

Keen for a new challenge in a firm offering autonomy and excellent future prospects in a new structural team?

The practice is a highly reputable firm, running for over 60 years internationally with over 130 staff. They offer MEP, Civil and Structural Services.

The London office has a team of 10 highly qualified individuals, with a structural team currently consisting of 3 staff. The Structures Director is looking for a no. 2 to help run projects and drive the team forward. They have expansion plans in place for the future, having won several large buildings projects with major developers and local councils, including large new build housing developments with 30 storey RC frame towers.

This is an exciting time for the business and an amazing opportunity for the right individual to become a part of this financially stable firm.

Key Responsibilities

Help run projects and drive the team forward.

Assist with the further expansion and management of the office and team.

Provide hands‑on design work and support clients and project management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Ideally Chartered MIStructE or MICE.

Keen to progress and take on new challenges.

Good with clients and project management, yet able to do hands‑on design.
