Location of the Job:
- 20% based from the depot in Worcestershire.
- 80% field based covering the West Midlands, Wales and South of England.
Salary and Benefits Package:
- Competitive Salary: Paying up to £45,000+ per annum.
- Overtime: Overtime rates paid after 40 hours.

Additional information:
- This is a permanent full-time position.
- Contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday + overtime during busy / seasonal periods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults on specialist agricultural machinery.
- Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machinery.
- Preform pre-season checks and post-season overhauls.
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, service reports and job cards.
- Provide technical advice and support to customers when needed.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong diagnostic abilities across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to fault finding.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- A high degree of self-motivation, reliability and the ability to work independently or as a team.
- Welding and fabrication skills also a massive bonus.
- NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2 or an equivalent qualification relevant for the job.
