HR Business Partner: Talent & Employee Relations Lead

Broughton Group is looking for a full-time HR Business Partner based in Tividale. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring compliance and effective onboarding of new starters. Responsibilities include employee relations, HR administration, monitoring sickness absence, and learning & development initiatives.

Applicants should have a relevant Level 5 HR qualification, ideally CIPD certified, with a flexible approach to work hours, including weekends and holidays when needed.
