Interim Group Financial Controller – North Somerset (Hybrid)
Morgan McKinley are working exclusively with a client based in North Somerset to recruit an experienced Interim Group Financial Controller for an initial 3-6 month assignment.
Overview
This is a hands‑on leadership role managing a small finance team, with responsibility for group reporting, month‑end processes, cashflow, controls, forecasting and supporting the business through ongoing change and restructuring activity.

Qualifications
Qualified accountant with previous experience within construction, manufacturing or retail environments, ideally in businesses that have undergone significant transformation. Experience in mergers and acquisitions is a huge benefit. Must be able to operate at pace, drive improvements and be available at short notice.
Work arrangement
Hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, with occasional travel to other sites.
