Locum Consultant with special interests in ENT

Job Overview

Locum Consultant in the Department of ENT. 10PA locum appointment, 6‑month term, based at Leeds General Infirmary. Deliver 8.5 PA and 1.5 SPA to support the ENT team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to patients with ENT conditions, including outpatient clinics, inpatient supervision and management, ENT theatres, and regular on‑call duties.
• Link with consultant colleagues in other specialist teams within Leeds Teaching Hospitals.
• Contribute to teaching and academic progression within the department.

Qualifications

• Accreditation with the Royal College of Surgeons or equivalent.
• On the Specialist Register or within six months of admission if a trainee in the UK.
• Established skills in Otolaryngology and excellent communication, team working, teaching and service development skills.
