Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent in Chinese & English (both written & spoken)
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience in telecommunications/unified communications
  • Proven track record of breaking into key accounts (e.g., telecom operators, Fortune 500 firms, state-owned enterprises)
  • Strong networking, communication & negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Results-driven & motivated by exceeding sales targets

Ideal Background

  • Previous experience at Cisco, Logitech, Microsoft, Poly, Zoom, Jabra, or similar companies
  • Successfully developed and maintained large enterprise & telecom clients
