As a senior team member, you will work closely with our partners to deliver innovative and client‑focused legal advice alongside supervising junior lawyers in our team. You will also be encouraged to actively participate in business development and client‑facing activities.
The role
We are looking for a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join our ambitious and growing corporate law practice. You will play a key role within our national corporate team to deliver commercially focused high‑quality legal advice.
What we are looking for from you
Experience of corporate work (mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate governance and general company law) is essential.
The successful candidate will also possess the following skills and experiences:
- 7+ PQE
- Sound legal knowledge and commercial awareness, with an ability to give tailored and solution‑focused advice to clients and colleagues as part of cross‑discipline offerings
- Experience of supervising more junior lawyers
- A willingness and ability to get involved in business development activities and initiatives
- A personable manner and a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills with a professional approach to work
- A keenness to work collaboratively with colleagues at senior and junior levels
