- Act as the primary technical contact during sales, after‑sales and service interactions.
- Work closely with product development to communicate customer feedback and influence product improvements.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and training sessions to stay current with product developments.
- Support new instrument testing and perform hands‑on electronic work prior to product release.

- A recent graduate (0-3 years) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics or similar.
- Strong understanding of analogue and digital electronics.
- Confident communicator with an approachable, outgoing personality.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical users.
- A proactive, self‑starting mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.

- Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to grow into a technical specialist.
Opportunities
- Exposure to customers, engineering, and product development from day one.
- Hands‑on electronics work combined with customer‑facing technical problem‑solving.
- Opportunity to influence product improvements and future releases.
- Clear development path into Technical Sales, Applications Engineering, or Product Support.
