Job Description
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will sell our leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) product suite—JustPerform, Longview Tax, and Certent Disclosure Management (CDM)—to the CFO office across the UK, Ireland, and Benelux markets. You will qualify, manage, and close new opportunities, collaborate with Business Development Managers and Solution Engineers, execute the full sales cycle to the highest standard, and help evolve our Go‑To‑Market strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect new business by researching key decision makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Partner with Business Development Representatives to generate initial customer interest and secure introductory meetings.
- Use discovery data to deliver compelling demonstrations of the Insightsoftware EPM solution, building trust with customers.
- Probe for objections, identify obstacles, and eliminate barriers to secure commitments.
- Facilitate negotiations to optimize profits and close sales, emphasizing the superior value proposition of Insightsoftware’s EPM platform.
- Provide consistent and accurate forward-looking forecasts through pipeline analysis.
- Plan and execute sales strategy with purposeful action to complete each sale.
- Update customer relationship management tools in a timely manner to reflect all customer contacts.
- Gather internal support to pursue an account and obtain product knowledge through training, mentoring, and cross‑department consultation.
Qualifications
- Experience selling Enterprise Performance Management software to large enterprise organizations, specifically to CFO offices.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate large, complex deals and close with enterprise accounts.
- High motivation, excellent communication skills, rapid learning ability, and adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
- Proficiency with MEDDIC or comparable current sales methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Fluency in English; additional European languages considered an asset.
Compensation
Salary range in the United Kingdom: £133,000.00–£167,000.00 per annum, inclusive of a commission target. Commission structure and performance bonuses apply to sales roles. Compensation is determined by skills, experience, and qualification.
