Senior Mechanical Design Lead – Nuclear Utilities

Costain Group PLC is seeking a Mechanical Responsible Engineer (RE) to manage the mechanical design and engineering aspects of critical utilities infrastructure upgrades at Sellafield’s Cumbria decommissioning site. The role will ensure designs are safe, sustainable, and technically compliant, while being delivered on time and within budget.

This hybrid position is based in Manchester, Warrington or Cumbria. The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and be a Chartered member of a professional institute.
