Interim People & Culture Director

Job Search Place Limited is seeking an interim People & Culture Director to lead the team during a period of parental leave. The ideal candidate will be a passionate people leader and must work closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team. This position spans our London and Nuneaton sites, overseeing a broad people agenda covering wellbeing, reward, learning, and development.

Applicants should have significant senior leadership experience in People/HR with a strong understanding of UK employment law and a track record of leading teams through change.
