Regional Manager & RI – Leader of Children’s Homes

Compass Associates is seeking a Regional Manager / Responsible Individual to oversee a small cluster of children’s residential homes in Cumbria. You’ll provide operational oversight and ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations while mentoring Registered Managers to deliver outstanding care.

The ideal candidate will have substantial multi-site management experience, strong knowledge of children’s residential care standards, and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
