We are currently looking for a reliable and organised Part‑Time Administrator to join our team. Previous experience within logistics or transport administration would be highly beneficial.

- General administrative duties
- Supporting logistics/transport operations
- Handling emails and phone enquiries
- Updating records and schedules
- Assisting with paperwork and coordination tasks

Duration: This is a temporary role with ongoing work available for the right candidate
Contract type: Temporary
Hourly rate: £13.00 per hour, weekly pay
Holiday accrual of up to 28 days pro rata
Working hours (provisional):
- Wednesday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
- Thursday: 8:00am – 3:30pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
These hours are still to be confirmed and may be subject to slight adjustment.

Experience & Qualifications
- Previous administration experience
- Logistics or transport industry experience preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and email system
