Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Support Manager to join our Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) programme team at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. This 12-month fixed-term post offers an excellent secondment opportunity for individuals looking to further develop their skills within a busy and evolving service. You will provide high-quality business, operational and administrative support to CDC services, working closely with the Service Manager, clinical leads and operational colleagues.
Responsibilities
Support the management of activity, waiting lists, data reporting, governance processes and financial monitoring, while building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to the effective planning, coordination and delivery of services, ensuring they are responsive, efficient and patient‑centred, while supporting the achievement of national NHS priorities and local objectives.
Support performance management, service development and day‑to‑day operations, helping to ensure targets and quality standards are met.
Contribute to continuous improvement and transformational change, helping to develop patient‑centred pathways that deliver care closer to home.
Qualifications
The role is varied, requiring strong organisational, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
