- Managing end‑user requests for hardware, software and accessories.
- Liaising with internal teams, suppliers and couriers to resolve delivery and collection queries.
- Tracking IT assets, maintaining accurate records and monitoring stock levels.
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices for IT goods and services.
- Supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of IT logistics activities.
What you’ll bring
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- The ability to work under pressure and respond positively to changing priorities.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Confidence communicating clearly and professionally with colleagues and suppliers.
It would be great if you had
- Experience working in a similar logistics, IT or operational environment.
- Experience creating and maintaining process documentation or end‑user guides.
- Experience using SharePoint and IT service management tools such as TOPdesk.
- Awareness of Information Technology Infrastructure Library practices.
