Operose-Health in Melksham is looking for a committed Cardiac Rehabilitation Practitioner to enhance the quality of life for individuals living with heart failure. This role is crucial in delivering evidence-based cardiac rehabilitation services within community and clinical settings.

You’ll lead rehabilitation classes and work directly with patients, ensuring optimal symptom management, whilst supporting their health journey in line with NICE and BACPR standards.
