About the role
As a Telesales Executive, you’ll play a key part in helping the sales team achieve targets and deliver an excellent experience for customers. You’ll make high‑quality outbound calls to a range of business customers, building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and promoting relevant products and services. This is a fast‑paced and structured role where you’ll be supported to succeed and rewarded for your achievements.
Key responsibilities
- Make proactive outbound calls to customers following an agreed call plan
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
- Take and process customer orders accurately
- Identify opportunities to upsell or introduce new products
- Keep customer information up to date and follow up as agreed
- Collaborate with colleagues across the sales team to deliver excellent service
What we’re looking for
- Experience in telesales or within a busy contact centre environment
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Confident communicator with great influencing and negotiation skills
- Organised, self‑motivated, and able to manage time effectively
- Positive attitude, team player, and customer‑focused mindset
Experience in a food, drink, or FMCG environment would be an advantage, but full training will be provided. xwzovoh
