Our client is a large and complex business that delivers vital services to the local economy. Working in one of the largest divisions, you will work closely with operational leaders providing financial support and advice. The company offers hybrid working and a market‑leading benefits package.

Your new role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts for the division as well as providing analysis on key performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and deliver analysis on key performance metrics.
• Act as a business partner to leadership, helping them make better-informed decisions through influence and relationship building skills.
• Engage with a variety of operational areas to expose yourself to a mix of commercial challenges.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Qualified or nearly qualified accountant with extensive management accounting experience.
• Strong commercial accountant skills.
• Preferred: fully qualified from practice, looking for a business‑partner focused role.
