Commercial Property SolicitorGrantham, Full Time/Hybrid, Permanent£40,000 – £60,000 Depending on experience

We’re now looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor for our Grantham based client who wants to play a meaningful role in delivering high-quality client outcomes and developing their career in a forward-thinking environment.

This opportunity is ideal for someone currently working in Legal Services environment who is looking for greater exposure, responsibility and long-term progression.

The Role

As Property Solicitor the role will include:

• Advising clients on all aspects of Property matters
• Preparation and drafting of all documents in relation to property matters
• Being able to see a matter from the opening of a file to closure of a file
• To be able to work independently and confidentiality
• To be prepared to travel as required to clients and other offices
• Following up new leads
• To contribute to the marketing of the Legal Services Team
• Providing legal advice and assistance to existing clients, whilst developing and establishing new clients
• Managing cases at a level of complexity appropriate to your level and experience and give guidance to others in the team
• Handling commercial and potential residential property transactions from the initial client contact through to completion, such as sale and purchase of commercial/residential freehold and leasehold premises, landlord and tenant matters, acquisition and sale of property for development, and acting for pension schemes, trusts, and companies
• Providing outstanding client care at all times.
• Managing cases to a high standard and in accordance with SRA requirements and the Law Society protocol

THE CANDIDATE

The ideally Property Solicitor will be:

• Recent experience in UK Commercial Property, and Residential is desirable.
• You can work independently, with a high regard for quality and subject matter expertise to advise our clients in all matters related to Commercial and Residential property legal matters.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel and Outlook, and database software.
• You are based in the east midlands, can commute to their Grantham office every Wednesday.
